- Plain outer box, nothing printed on it, sealed devices inside with the scratch panels untouched.
- Age
- 21 and up. Adult signature on delivery, no exceptions.
- If it arrives wrong
- Send a photo of the device and the code result. We replace it or refund it, and we do not argue about which.
You still check it before you keep it.
Pickup lets you verify the code in front of us. Shipping cannot do that, so the promise moves instead of disappearing.
Every device leaves here sealed with its scratch panel intact. Open the box, scratch it, check the code on the maker’s site. If it does not verify, photograph it and send it back unused. You do not pay for a device that fails its own manufacturer’s check.
That is the same policy as the doorstep, run backwards. It costs us a return shipping label and it is worth it, because the alternative is being one more site people are not sure about.
