A vape shop pays rent on a corner, pays someone to stand behind a counter, and passes both to you. We do neither. The stock sits in an apartment in Center City and someone carries it down when you order.
Cheaper is a consequence, not a strategy.
Nothing about our prices is a trick. There is no rent on a retail street, no wages for counter staff, no delivery fleet burning gas across the city. What is left is the device, the trip down the stairs, and a margin.
That matters for one reason: on this market, a price that looks impossible usually means a counterfeit. Ours is lower because the overhead is lower, and every device can be checked against the manufacturer before money changes hands. Those two facts belong together, and a seller who offers you the first without the second is asking you to guess.
Where the devices come from.
- Suppliers
- Authorized distributors only. We do not buy from marketplaces, resellers, or anyone who cannot show where a batch came from.
- Sealed
- Devices arrive sealed and stay sealed. We do not open, repack, or relabel anything.
- Codes
- Every unit carries its scratch panel and serial, untouched. That is the point of the whole operation, so we protect it.
- Batches
- We check a sample from every batch on arrival. If a batch fails, the batch goes back, not just the sample.
- Stock
- Small and turning over fast. Nothing sits long enough to go stale, which is the other half of why devices arrive dead elsewhere.

V&P started in France as a local delivery service and it works there the same way it works here: small, close, and fast enough that people stop planning ahead.
Philadelphia is the second city. One person on the ground in Center City who knows the neighborhood, and the same catalog and the same rules as the original. When you text, a person reads it. There is no dispatch system and no queue.
That is also the honest limit of it. We are not a chain, we do not have night staff, and when the dot at the top of the site is off, it is off. Everything we promise is sized to what two people can actually deliver.
